Tricia Hogue & Jessie Dell founded Scarborough-Phillips - a combination of their maiden names - in 1988. They have each been practicing interior design for more than 25 years. Seven years ago, the firm opened a second office in Sarasota, Florida.

S-P works in a wide range of architectural styles - from 18th century homes to Shingle Style, Craftsman, and Contemporary.

S-P has worked on projects all over the northeast and in Florida, and has often played a significant role in developing interior architectural detailsand in designing custom furniture when the perfect piece cannot be found.

S-P creates designs uniquely suited to each client’s individual needs and tastes.
